About Ailie

Ailie Glover is a Certified Care Manager and Certified Dementia Practitioner who has spent the last six years helping families make thoughtful, informed decisions about elder care at Transitions Care Management. Her experience over the past 15 years spans working in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, CCRCs, and home care, giving her a practical understanding of how the system works (and where it doesn’t).

Ailie holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) and a master’s degree in Gerontology from Georgia State University, where she specialized in dementia care and long-term care administration.

Born and raised in Olympia, Ailie returned to the Pacific Northwest after a 14-year southern adventure in Atlanta. She now lives in Magnolia with her husband and two kids where she finds joy in mowing the lawn, quiet hikes in Discovery Park, and Saturdays at the little league ball field.
